Colegio “Estudio” school is a private, secular, non-profit institution that allocates all of its financial resources to the permanent improvement of its educational project. Founded in 1940 by Jimena Menéndez Pidal, Ángeles Gasset and Carmen García del Diestro, “Estudio” aims to preserve and disseminate the philosophy of the Institución Libre de Enseñanza.
Colegio “Estudio” covers all educational levels from kindergarten to high school. Its educational project is based on the integral formation of the students and aims to stimulate in them rational thinking together with sensitivity, creativity, spirit of improvement, critical sense, respect and responsibility;
Colegio “Estudio” proposes an active environment where students are the protagonists of their learning based on experiential learning. The school offers individualized monitoring of the students with double-tracking in different subjects. There are two teachers per classroom in the kindergarten class.
