CICAEOrienta is the new forum for the exchange of ideas and best practices aimed at the Guidance Departments of CICAE schools.

The figure of the school counselor is essential for the integral development of students, as it plays very important roles such as accompanying the academic, social and emotional development of students and supporting teachers.

The objective of this Forum is to identify good practices, share common challenges and difficulties in our schools, positive experiences, tools and innovative strategies that facilitate the work of guidance counselors and their impact on teaching practice.

Through two groups, school guidance counselors for kindergarten and primary school and guidance counselors for secondary and high school, CICAE wants to support and coordinate this initiative to meet and take into account the needs of these professionals.
