Madrid, June 5, 2025. The Association of Private and Independent Schools – CICAE – has appointed a new Board of Directors, which begins its mandate with the firm commitment to continue strengthening quality and innovation in private education. At the head of this new stage is José Antonio Rois, elected president of the association. Rois, currently CEO of Los Sauces Educational Institution, is one of the founders of CICAE and a key figure in its development since its inception.

The new Board of Directors represents a broad and balanced representation of CICAE schools and educational institutions, reflecting the diversity and strength of the independent private school model in Spain.
In his first statements as president, José Antonio Rois has expressed his deep gratitude to Gabriel Castellano: “I am very grateful to him.Gabriel has led with great dedication and strategic vision a period of growth and consolidation for CICAE. His effort and commitment have been fundamental in placing the association in the prominent position it occupies today within the education sector.” he pointed out.
