Discovering new educational projects at the 2nd Online Innovation Hub Meeting

On April 25, CICAE organized the second Online Innovation Hub Meeting with the aim of getting to know the new educational proposals of partners such as Innovamat, Meet the character, Semic, Tekman, LG, Smile and Learn, Goldenmac, Edutalent, MBA Kids and Medicina por Europa.

Between practical examples, success stories and more theoretical presentations, we discovered innovative proposals, many of which are already being used in the classroom.

Innovative proposals presented

The session began with INNOVAMAT and its educational proposal, which aims to promote the learning of mathematics in a competent, personalized and practical way. Aimed at children between the ages of 3 and 16, it prioritizes the understanding of content and the development of mathematical skills linked to problem solving, encouraging the learning of this discipline through experimentation, conversation and individualized practice.

MEET THE CHARACTER offers the possibility to meet historical characters in first person and discover how they lived in their context. He explained how they travel to schools and set up a fun and immersive activity, where you can experience with the characters and learn about their works.

SEMIC is a 360º technology partner specialized in technologies for Education. From an ecosystem of leading partners in the education sector, it accompanies you in your digital transformation project, advising you on both hardware and software.

TEKMAN, specialized in the teaching of mathematics and languages, presented thinöAI, a new artificial intelligence tool designed by and for teachers, to help create exercises, sessions, learning situations and projects in an agile and immediate way.

LG Business Solutions offers the most innovative global technology solutions. In this case, he presented a comprehensive technology solution for educational centers with interactive screens, LEDs and remote management software to control these devices.

After a short break, the session continued with SMILE AND LEARN. He presented in detail its customizable educational platform for students from 3 to 12 years of age to learn while having fun.

GOLDENMAC presented, through the Brains school success story, its “ipad: Try and learn” initiative. A proposal for responsible innovation on the use of technology in childhood.

The next to participate was EDUTALENT, which explained its tool created to find and optimize job offers in education, create free personal videos and connect with better resources.

MEDICINA POR EUROPA, a recent addition to the Innovation Hub, presented its program to provide assistance to students who do not make the cut-off mark for access to medicine or dentistry in the Spanish system. It has agreements with more than 25 European universities to study without a cut-off mark.

The first business school for schoolchildren, MBA KIDS, was in charge of closing the meeting. He presented his new proposals for extracurricular activities aimed at bringing out the maximum potential of the students.
