What is the CICAE Entrepreneurship Club?
An innovative project aimed at students in Year 10 and Year 11, as well as those in Sixth Form and Vocational Training from CICAE schools. Throughout the programme, students will:

Develop leadership, creativity, and teamwork skills.

Face real challenges from the social and business environment.

Learn tools that will help them in decision-making processes for starting companies and projects.

We adopt the "Mini-Companies" programme from the Junior Achievement Foundation
In collaboration with the Junior Achievement Foundation, we will develop their “Mini-Companies” programme, combining Artificial Intelligence with entrepreneurial initiatives.
How does it work?

Students are divided into small groups, known as mini-companies, and take on managerial roles to run their own businesses.

Together, they will: Develop a business plan Create prototypes of their products or services If desired, launch them into the market

Throughout the process, they will learn about business management, teamwork, decision-making, and problem-solving.
Phases of the CICAE Entrepreneurship Club
Here are the key dates of the programme.

Launch
23rd September: Online information session. Learn all the details about the project. Online Registration for Information Session
From 4th September to 6th October: Free team registration.
Innovation Camp
7th October from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM: Online training session for teachers.
17th October: Deadline for mini-companies platform registration.
24th and 30th October from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM: Innovation Camp. Teams will work guided by Junior Achievement (JA) and their teachers to solve an AI + entrepreneurship challenge.
Project Development
From 4th November to 9th December:
Autonomous work with the support of teachers and mentors.
Mentoring sessions with professional mentors from companies.
Submission of Documents
10th December: Teachers will submit a first version of the Lean Canvas model for each team, which will later be further developed.
25th March: Teams wishing to participate in the final must submit a video and a business plan for evaluation based on specific criteria.
Final Hackathon in Madrid
11th April:
Presentation of projects to the public.
Elevator pitch to a jury.
Evaluation: The jury, composed of education professionals, entrepreneurs, and experts, will select the top three projects.
Personalised feedback: Finalist teams will receive feedback on their proposals.

Our Mentors
The trainers and mentors of the CICAE Entrepreneurship Club are recognised professionals in the fields of entrepreneurship, innovation, and artificial intelligence. Each training session is designed to provide participants with practical knowledge and skills that will enable them to address real-world problems with an entrepreneurial mindset.

360º Platform
Teachers and students will work on a shared platform, as will volunteers from businesses. On this platform, teachers can access digital materials, manage classes and schedules, and monitor team progress. Students will register, create working groups, and submit documents for the competitions. Registration on the platform is essential to participate in the programme.

In addition to the Mini-Companies programme, we offer other initiatives that allow students to broaden their knowledge and connect with national and international opportunities.

Entrepreneurial Skills Pass
An international certification that validates participants' experience in mini-companies.
Examination period: February to June 2026

10x Challenge
A competition to develop an entrepreneurial mindset by creating a business with just 10€ in initial capital.
