The Lo Que De Verdad Importa Foundation and the Association of Private and Independent Schools – CICAE have signed an alliance with the purpose of strengthening their cooperation to promote the convenience and need to join efforts and promote, from the scope of action of each party, initiatives, programs, projects and actions aimed at improving the living, social and cultural conditions of young people.
Although both organizations have previously collaborated in the dissemination of some projects, the agreement was made official in June with the signing of a collaboration agreement between María Franco Méndez, General Director of the Lo Que De Verdad Importa Foundation, and Elena Cid, General Director of CICAE.

Elena Cid considers that it is “very important for CICAE to participate in these activities that promote values among students and the possibility of collaborating with social causes that improve the lives of thousands of people”. The Association’s educational centers collaborate with different solidarity initiatives that “enrich students in values such as empathy, solidarity and awareness of the importance of helping those who need it most”.
Thanks to the signing of this agreement, CICAE will bring to its 60 associated centers several projects and initiatives, whose beneficiaries are young people, carried out by the LQDVI Foundation. Among them, the possibility of participating in the LQDVI Congresses, the BYG Professional Accelerator, Project Zero, Workshops, mentoring or volunteering activities.
In an increasingly complex and challenging society, values education has become a fundamental complement to academic training and a powerful tool to achieve a comprehensive education that allows the personal development of the individual.
About the Lo Que De Verdad Importa (LQDVI) Foundation
The Lo Que De Verdad Importa Foundation is a non-profit organization formed by a board of trustees, a professional team and several advisory boards whose purpose is to disseminate universal ethical and moral human values to the general public.
