new <strong>CICAEOrienta<\/strong> event\u2014a gathering for guidance counselors, school administrators, and education professionals\u2014focused this time on <strong>school harmony, bullying prevention, and emotional management in the educational setting<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" school counselors and mental health experts to analyze the impact of social changes on the emotional well-being of young people.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A diverse program featuring leading experts and real-world experiences from schools<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Promoting social harmony and Violence in Schools,\u201d<\/em> was given by <strong>Jos\u00e9 Antonio Luengo<\/strong>, a professor of Educational Counseling and one of Spain\u2019s most influential voices on emotional health.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"703\" coexistence through structural prevention rather than merely responding to conflicts, emphasizing the importance of building relationships, providing emotional support, and practicing active listening In his presentation, <em>\u201cFundamental Mistakes That Perpetuate School Bullying<\/em>, <em>\u201d<\/em> he analyzed how social <strong>minimization<\/strong>, the lack of agile protocols, and the absence of specific training continue to act as barriers to effective intervention.
