After ten editions, this initiative has established itself as one of the most iconic and beloved events at CICAE schools, strengthening the bonds between students, teachers, and schools year after year. <\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"459\" data-end=\"837\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">This year\u2019s event brought together <strong data-start=\"488\" data-end=\"569\">1,250 fifth- and sixth-grade students from 21 schools in the Community of Madrid<\/strong>, who spent a day together at the Jos\u00e9 Caballero Municipal Sports Center in Alcobendas. The high turnout once again reflects the commitment of CICAE schools to an education that goes beyond the classroom and emphasizes shared experiences. <\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"841\" data-end=\"1337\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">The CICAE Sports Games also maintain a distinctly <strong data-start=\"909\" data-end=\"939\">educational and non-competitive<\/strong> focus. Through sports such as track and field, ultimate Frisbee, capture the flag, kickball, colpball, and dodgeball, the students enjoyed an experience centered on social interaction, respect, camaraderie, inclusion, and teamwork. Beyond the results, the main goal of this event is for students to learn to share, collaborate, and enjoy sports together.  <\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1341\" data-end=\"1779\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">The day was also marked by inclement weather, which forced organizers to reschedule some of the planned activities and move certain events indoors. However, thanks to <strong data-start=\"1554\" data-end=\"1647\">the sports teachers\u2019 adaptability, dedication, and teamwork<\/strong>, the event was a success and maintained at all times the spirit of camaraderie that characterizes these Games. <\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1783\" data-end=\"2013\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">We at CICAE would like to acknowledge and express our special gratitude for the work of all the coordinators and teachers, as well as the commitment of the participating schools, whose involvement was key to making this tenth edition a success.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"2017\" data-end=\"2230\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">We would also like to acknowledge the support of the volunteers from the CVE Center for Professional Studies and the UCJC Sports Club, whose collaboration was essential to the successful completion of all activities.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"2234\" data-end=\"2543\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">For the second consecutive year, the CICAE Sports Games also joined the <strong data-start=\"2325\" data-end=\"2363\">\u201cSports Against Childhood Cancer\u201d<\/strong> initiative, promoted by the Unoentrecienmil Foundation, thereby reinforcing the event\u2019s charitable aspect and helping to raise awareness of childhood cancer research.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"2547\" data-end=\"2672\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">The event was also attended by the Alcobendas City Council\u2019s Sports Commissioner, Mr. Jes\u00fas Tortosa Alameda.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"2676\" data-end=\"2715\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Elena Cid highlighted the following during the event:<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7b49669 elementor-blockquote--skin-border elementor-blockquote--button-color-official elementor-widget elementor-widget-blockquote\" data-id=\"7b49669\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"blockquote.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<blockquote class=\"elementor-blockquote\">\n\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-blockquote__content\">\n\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"2719\" data-end=\"2901\" style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; white-space: normal;\">\u201cThe CICAE Sports Games are one of the most special initiatives in our educational community, and we want to continue promoting and strengthening them in the coming years. Over the course of these ten editions, we have seen how sports are a &nbsp;\"<span data-start=\"2974\" data-end=\"3027\" style=\"font-weight: 700;\">an extraordinary tool for teaching values<\/span> and fostering meaningful experiences of togetherness that leave a lasting impression.
