The new draft decree of the Community of Madrid poses restrictions on the use of digital devices in publicly funded schools. In Goldenmac EDU Grupo K-tuin, with more than 12 years of experience in technology integration in education, we believe that this approach could hinder the development of student learning. <\/p>\n\n

What exactly does the decree propose?<\/p>\n\n

The regulation seeks to reduce the use of screens, especially on an individual basis, from kindergarten to secondary school. Although well-intentioned in its aim to protect students, it may have negative consequences: limiting the autonomy of schools, blocking innovative projects and widening the digital divide. <\/p>\n\n
