Reflecting on the recent World Book Day and celebrating the excellent results achieved by CICAE schools in the PISA 2022 report, we at ODILO<\/strong><\/a> would like to share some reflections on reading literacy, based on the latest PISA 2022<\/strong> findings and with an eye towards PISA 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

At ODILO, we are very aware of the importance of developing reading skills as a basis for any learning process and we have been helping educational institutions around the world for many years to enhancing reading skills by creating open-ended learning ecosystems <\/strong>and supporting the creation of interactive reading plans with the support of the Generative AI<\/strong>. Specifically, at the national level, we have been working for years on literacy in public education in Castilla y Le\u00f3n<\/strong> (ranked first in Spain for reading comprehension and above the OECD average<\/a>) and in the Community of Madrid<\/strong> (ranked third in Spain for reading comprehension and above the OECD average<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n

In global terms, in the LATAM region, the top two countries in reading comprehension are Chile and Uruguay, two other countries that have ODILO platforms for literacy development at the Ministry of Education level.<\/p>\n\n
