{"id":19375,"date":"2025-07-09T09:28:32","date_gmt":"2025-07-09T09:28:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cicae.com\/actividades-cicae\/cicae-entrepreneurship-club\/"},"modified":"2026-09-07T14:06:11","modified_gmt":"2026-09-07T14:06:11","slug":"cicae-entrepreneurship-club","status":"publish","type":"actividades-cicae","link":"https:\/\/www.cicae.com\/en\/actividades-cicae\/cicae-entrepreneurship-club\/","title":{"rendered":"CICAE Entrepreneurship Club"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why a CICAE Entrepreneurship Club?<\/h5>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Entrepreneurship Club&#8217;s <strong>main goal is to foster an entrepreneurial spirit in students and develop key skills that prepare them to face real challenges with creativity, leadership and initiative.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We want students to become aware of the problems around them and take an active role in solving them to improve their environment, giving them the training and tools they need to become agents of change.<br \/><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Discover, create, and lead your own entrepreneurial project<\/h5>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An innovative project aimed at students in 3rd and 4th year of ESO, Bachillerato and Vocational Training (FP) at CICAE schools, designed to develop their entrepreneurial talent, critical thinking, and key skills such as leadership, teamwork and decision-making, by tackling real challenges from the social and business world.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">AI and entrepreneurship<\/h5>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In collaboration with the Junior Achievement Foundation, we will develop <strong>a training program that combines AI in service of entrepreneurial initiative.<\/strong><br \/><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Training &#8211;<\/strong> For teachers and students<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mentoring <\/strong>&#8211; \u201cideaci\u00f3n y formaci\u00f3n\u201d<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u274f <strong>October 7:<\/strong> Online training session for teachers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u274f <strong>October 17: <\/strong>Deadline for registration on the mini-companies platform<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u274f October <strong>24 and 30, 11:00 to 14:00: Innovation Camp<\/strong> &#8211; mini-company teams will work, guided by JA and accompanied by their teachers, to solve an AI + entrepreneurship CHALLENGE that will teach them: defining a problem, identifying the idea, an introduction to AI (ethics, values and potential added value), and drafting a Minimum Viable Product and Business Plan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>Technical and logistical requirements:<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u25ba The activities will be synchronous and online, and one PC per working group will be required<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u25ba Beforehand, they will receive a list of materials they need to have available for the activities (post-its, markers, printable worksheets)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u25ba It is important that each school have at least one teacher per classroom, so they can accompany the students during the day<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><strong>Idea Development<\/strong><\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u274f <strong>From November 4 to December 9: t<\/strong>eachers will continue developing the entrepreneurial ideas with their teams, independently.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To support this, teachers will have access to additional online material beyond what was used at the Innovation Camp, as well as access to mentoring sessions with the program coordinators.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u274f Where schedule and location allow, classes will receive support sessions from company volunteers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><strong><strong>Document Submission<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The required instructions, rubrics and submission templates will be sent beforehand. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>10th December: <\/strong> Teachers will submit a first version of the Lean Canvas model for each team, which will later be further developed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>March 25: <\/strong>At the end of the training, teams wishing to take part in the final must submit a video and a business plan summarizing their project.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>From this submission onward, the projects will be entered both for the<strong> final Hackathon<\/strong> organized by CICAE and for Junior Achievement&#8217;s <strong>National Entrepreneurship Competition.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><strong>HACKATHON<\/strong> <strong>final &#8211; Madrid<\/strong><\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>April 11: <\/strong>At the grand final, all teams will have the chance to present their projects to the audience, and finalists will do an elevator pitch to win over the judges. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finalist teams will present their proposals to a panel of judges made up of companies and entrepreneurs, and will receive personalized feedback on their project.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The panel, made up of education professionals, entrepreneurs and subject-matter experts, will select the three best projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><strong>Competici\u00f3n Nacional y Europea de Emprendimiento &#8211;&nbsp; FJAES<\/strong><\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>27th and 28th May:<\/strong> National Entrepreneurship Competition (Madrid)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>May (date to be confirmed): <\/strong>European Entrepreneurship Competition (Virtual GEN_E)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>We will also have&#8230; company volunteers  <\/strong><br \/><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Whenever possible, we will try to provide participating schools with company volunteers. The volunteer will support the teacher, either <strong>online or in person,<\/strong> during the implementation of mini-companies in the classroom.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They may
